GoGoing is operated by WuLogic, a New Zealand sole trader. The service helps people find and compare New Zealand destinations using available time, their current location and estimated driving time.
Current service status
The product remains in development. Registered users currently have free, unlimited access to all available search features. Examples, screens and features may change, and there is currently no paid feature or checkout.
Permitted use
You may use this website for lawful personal and informational purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt it, bypass security, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that harms availability, or misrepresent your relationship with GoGoing.
Outdoor and travel information
Walking, driving and outdoor recreation involve risk. GoGoing results are planning aids, not instructions, guarantees, emergency services or substitutes for official alerts and personal judgement.
Conditions, closures, access, estimated times, weather and track difficulty can change. Before travelling, check relevant official sources and assess whether the route, equipment and conditions are suitable for every person in your group.
Third-party information and services
The service may reference information or links supplied by public agencies and other providers. Those parties control their own content and services. A reference does not mean that they sponsor or endorse GoGoing.
Intellectual property
Unless identified otherwise, the GoGoing name, website design and original content are owned by or licensed to the operator. Third-party names, data and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under New Zealand consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by relying on outdated or incomplete outdoor information, ignoring official advice, unsafe conditions, or third-party services outside our control.
